Hello!
I am back with another project using products from Spellbinders.

I started by creating the background using the new Spellbinders Wonder of Oz Frame and Tag BetterPress plate/die set. I used Canson XL watercolor paper and Altenew Obsidian Pigment Ink and ran the BetterPress LetterPress system through my Sizzix Big Shot machine.
After the ink dried, I used a water brush and Sketchmarker Aqua markers to color in the background. These markers have been discontinued, but any watercolor medium that you like to use would be great for this.
After the panel dried, I used the coordinating die to cut out the tag in the center.
I glued the background panel to a white A2 card base using Art Glitter Glue and then popped up the tag using foam squares. To finish the card, I fussy cut the ruby red slippers from my printable freebie (available on Ko-fi). I inked around the edges using a foam blending tool and Vintage Photo Distress Ink and then used foam squares and glue to add it to the card. I also found some red sequins from my stash and added those for a touch of sparkle.
That's it! I hope you enjoyed the card and are inspired to create.
Happy crafting!
Kelsey
