Spellbinders Tin Man, Scarecrow, and Lion BetterPress Plates/Dies

Hello!

I am back with another project for Spellbinders using new release products.

I started by using the new Spellbinders Tin Man, Scarecrow, and Lion BetterPress Plate and Die set to press the Tin Man onto some Bee Inspired Watercolor Paper. I used my BetterPress LetterPress system along with Altenew Obsidian Pigment Ink to ink up the plate and ran it through my Sizzix Big Shot Machine.

After the ink dried, I used Loew Cornell Simply Art watercolor pencils and a water brush to quickly paint the image. I used the coordinating dies to cut it out and set it aside to work on the rest of the card.

For the background, I trimmed a piece of red cardstock to 4" x 5.25" and used the new Spellbinders Field of Poppies 3D embossing folder to emboss it.

The sentiment is made from two stamp sets stamped on white cardstock strips using an acrylic block. The "Thanks" is from the Altenew Paint-a-Flower: African Daisy set and the "from the bottom of my heart" portion is from the Mama Elephant Thank You (Love You) set.

I glued all of the card elements to a white A2 card base using Art Glitter Glue.
