Polka Dot Orchard She is Unstoppable

Hello!

I am back with another project featuring the new release from Polka Dot Orchard.

I printed the image and sentiment onto white cardstock using my Epson EcoTank printer. The image is from the new Polka Dot Orchard She is Unstoppable digital stamp set.

I then colored the image using my Prismacolor colored pencils and fussy cut around it using my scissors. I also fussy cut around the sentiment. Specific colors are below:

• Skin: Burnt Ochre, Peach, Light Peach, and Blush Pink

• Bow/Shirt/Lipstick: Crimson Lake, Crimson Red, and Carmine Red

• Hair: Dark Umber, Dark Brown, and Light Umber

Instead of making a card, I thought this lady would make an excellent center piece on a mini journal. I dug through my stash of Rach and Bella Crafts junk journal papers and found some vintage looking pages to use to decorate and envelope and a small paper bag to make the cover of the journal. For pages, I used some coffee/tea/avocado dyed papers.

This journal will be an insert in a larger junk journal. I haven't started it yet, but I think it will be a fun project!
