Polka Dot Orchard Moo-tastic Halloween!

Hello!

I am back with another project featuring a new product from Polka Dot Orchard.

I printed the adorable Highland bull and sentiment from the new Polka Dot Orchard Moo-tastic Halloween digital stamp set onto white cardstock using my Epson EcoTank printer. I then used the Kat Scrappiness Stitched Postage Stamp Edge Rectangle dies and my Sizzix Big Shot and magic mat to cut out a panel around the bull.

Next, I created a fun, eerie background by ink blending around the panel. For the greens, I used a blending brush and Hero Arts Key Lime Fizz reactive ink, Hero Arts Green Apple reactive ink, and Altenew Moss ink. I then used a Kat Scrappiness mini blending brush and Black Soot Distress Ink to darken the edges.

I then colored the image using Prismacolor colored pencils. Specific colors are below:

• Hoodie: Terra Cotta, Burnt Ochre, and Pumpkin Orange

• Horns: Beige Sienna, Seashell Pink, and Cream

• Hooves: Black, 90% Warm Grey, and 70% Warm Grey

• Fur/Nose: Burnt Ochre, Goldenrod, Yellow Ochre, and Sand

I fussy cut around the sentiment using my scissors and glued it to the card panel using Art Glitter Glue. I placed the "Moo!" at the top and the "Have a moo-tastic Halloween" under the bull.

I then glued the whole panel flat to a white A2 card base.
