Hello!
I am back with another card featuring products from Polka Dot Orchard.

I started by printing the image and sentiment from the Polka Dot Orchard I'd Melt For You digital stamp set onto white cardstock. I then colored the image using Prismacolor colored pencils. Specific colors are below:
Sky: Blush Pink and Hot Pink
Snow: Pink, Lavender, and White
Pink Accessories: Pomegranate, Process Red, and Hot Pink
Purple Accessories: Black Cherry, Dahlia Purple, and Mulberry
Nose: Pumpkin Orange, Mineral Orange, and Yellowed Orange
White Puffs: 20% Cool Grey, 10% Cool Grey, and White
I used a white gel pen over the white puffs to add some more texture.
Next, I used the Kat Scrappiness Stitched Fancy Scalloped Heart dies and my Sizzix Big Shot and magic mat to cut out a pink heart. I used a blending brush and Spun Sugar and Picked Raspberry Distress Inks to add some color to the heart.
I then fussy cut around my snowmen scene and glued it to the heart using Art Glitter Glue. I fit the heart die back over it, taped it in place, and ran it back through my die cutting machine. I added falling snow to my scene using a white Posca pen.
I dug through my stash of embossing folders to find one for my background. I trimmed a piece of white cardstock to 4" x 5.25" in size and embossed it using the Darice Snowflakes and Flourishes embossing folder. I then added ink around the edges using the Picked Raspberry Ink.
To complete my card, I glued the background flat to a white A2 card base and centered the heart on it. I fussy cut around the sentiment with my scissors, inked the edges, and added it to the card using foam squares.
That's it! I hope you enjoyed the card and are inspired to create.
Happy crafting!
Kelsey
