Polka Dot Orchard Hi Hunny!

Hello!

I am back with another Valentine/love card featuring products from Polka Dot Orchard.

I started by printing the image and sentiment from the Polka Dot Orchard Hi Hunny! digital stamp set onto white cardstock.

I then used a rounded rectangle die to cut around it using my Sizzix Big Shot and magic mat.

Next, I used Prismacolor colored pencils to color the image. Specific colors are below:

• Honey: Mineral Orange, Goldenrod, and Jasmine

• Top/label: Crimson Lake, Crimson Red, and Carmine Red

• Pot: Dark Umber, Chocolate, and Sienna Brown

• Shadow: 30% Cool Grey, 20% Cool Grey, and 10% Cool Grey

I then used the Kat Scrappiness Love You die to cut out a red "love you" sentiment to add to my card.

I used a script stamp and Walnut Stain Distress Ink to add some interest to a red A2 card base. I then inked around the stamped and colored panel using a foam blending tool and Vintage Photo Distress Ink and glued the panel to the card base using Art Glitter Glue.

Next, I glued the "love you" underneath my printed sentiment and accented the card with some red gems from my stash.
