Sorry I've been missing for a while. We moved, so I haven't had time to sit down and do a blog post.
Today I'm sharing this cute card using the Paper Smooches Courteous Cuties stamp set (https://www.papersmoochesstamps.com/Courteous_Cuties_p/j1s-17-276.htm).
I created the background by blending Catherine Pooler's Aquatini ( https://shop.catherinepooler.com/collections/ink/products/aquatini-ink-pad-and-refill) and Something Borrowed ( https://shop.catherinepooler.com/collections/ink/products/something-borrowed-ink-pad-and-refill) inks. I used an ink blending tool to add color to my Bristol paper and then splattered water on top for a cool effect.
After the background dried, I stamped the sea grass on the bottom of the panel using black ink.
The fish, turtle, and octopus were stamped with Copic friendly ink and colored in using Copics and Spectrum Noir alcohol markers.
