MFT - World Card Making Day - Color Challenge 174

Hello!

Happy World Card Making Day! Today I am sharing my WCMD/MFT Color Challenge 174 card.

I used the retired MFT Ewe and Me Forever stamp for the three adorable sheep images and the sentiment. I stamped the sheep on white cardstock using Altenew Obsidian Black Pigment Ink and colored them with colored pencils. I then fussy cut them and set them aside to work on the rest of the card.

I cut a green panel of cardstock using the Lawn Fawn Grassy Border die and ink blended the bottom of it with a dark green ink for some shading.

I used the MFT Fab Foliage die to cut some leaves from coral colored cardstocks and used a coral ink to add some contrast to them.

I also used the MFT Mini Cloud Edges Stencil and a light blue ink to ink blend on a white A2 card base to make a cloudy sky scene. I attached the grass panel and leaves and then added the sheep.

Finally, I finished off the card by stamping "Wishing ewe a happy birthday" from the sheep stamp set.

That's it!

I hope you enjoyed the card and are inspired to try out the color challenge. My Favorite Things is also hosting a WCMD giveaway on their Facebook and Instagram pages.

Happy crafting!

Kelsey
