Kat Scrappiness - You Guac My World

Hello!

I'm back today with this super cute avocado card that I made using some Kat Scrappiness products.

I started off by stamping the super cute avocado images from the You Guac My World stamp set onto some white cardstock using Altenew Obsidian Black Pigment Ink. I set it aside to dry while I worked on the background.

For the background, I cut a piece of white cardstock to 8 1/4" x 3 1/4" using my paper trimmer. I then used Spiced Marmalade, Worn Lipstick, and Wilted Violet Distress Oxide Inks and a foam blending tool to create a sunset background. I spritzed the background with some Perfect Pearls to add some shiny star textures.

The trees and frame were die cut from black cardstock using the Forest for the Trees Slimline die from Kat Scrappiness. I adhered the frame and the trees to the inked panel and attached it to a white 8 1/2" x 3 1/2" white slimline card base.

Once my ink was dry, I colored the avocados using Prismacolor colored pencils and fussy cut them. I glued them to the forest panel and used some Avocado Slices Sprinkles from Kat Scrappiness to embellish the card. The sentiment is from the same stamp set.

That's it!

I hope you enjoyed the card!

Happy crafting,

Kelsey
