Kat Scrappiness - Under the Sea Valentine

Hello!
Today I am sharing this cute Valentine card I made using some Kat Scrappiness products.

I used the Stitched Postage Stamp Edge Rectangle dies and my Sizzix Big Shot Machine and magic mat to cut a background panel from the Friends Under the Sea paper pack. I also cut a smaller piece out of white cardstock.
On the white piece, I stamped a fun scene using the turtle and other elements from the Friends Under the Sea stamp set. I stamped them using Altenew Obsidian Black Pigment Ink.
After the ink was dry, I colored the scene using my Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers. These are the colors I used: JG1, JG3, JG4, JG5, TB4, TB5, TB7, CR4, CR7, CR9, EB2, EB4, EB6, and AB1. (Note: I have the red markers set linked, so if you are interested in all of the colors I used, you will have to look at the other sets as well - brights, pastel, jewel, vintage, blues, and browns.)
I used Peacock Feathers Distress Ink to stamp the bubbles in the background. I also used a foam blending tool and the Peacock Feathers to make a piece of colored cardstock to match to stamp the sentiment "I love you deeply" for the card.
I stamped the postage stamp images over the top using the Be My Valentine stamp set to complete the postage stamp look.
I then glued everything down using Art Glitter Glue on a white A2 card base.
That's it! I hope you enjoyed the card and are inspired to create!
Happy crafting,
Kelsey
