Hello!
I am back with another fun project using products from Kat Scrappiness.

I started by trimming a piece of Neenah white cardstock down to 4.25" x 5.5" in size. I then used the Kat Scrappiness Clouds and Grass 6x6 layering stencils, a blending brush, and Tumbled Glass Distress Ink to add some clouds to the panel.
Next, I trimmed a piece of brown cardstock to 5.5" wide and die cut it using the Kat Scrappiness Tuck It In craft dies and my Sizzix Big Shot and magic mat. I then used a blending brush and Vintage Photo and Walnut Stain Distress Inks to add some shading.
To create the eggs to put in my field, I used the Kat Scrappiness Hen House die set and cut from blue, pink, purple, yellow, and green pastel cardstock. I tucked them into the slits in my ground and glued them in place with Art Glitter Glue. To add some interest, I used a white Gelly Roll pen to add some spots to the eggs.
Next, I stamped the bunny and sentiment from the Kat Scrappiness Easter Fun stamp set onto white cardstock using an acrylic block and Altenew Obsidian Pigment Ink. I colored the image using Prismacolor colored pencils. Specific colors are below:
Bunny body: 50% French Grey, 30% French Grey, and 20% French Grey
Bunny belly and ears: 20% French Grey, 10% French Grey, and White
Bunny nose: Black
Glasses lenses and slingshot strap: Black, 90% Cool Grey, and 70% Cool Grey
Glasses frames and bow: Process Red, Hot Pink, and Blush Pink
Slingshot: Light Umber, Beige Sienna, and Seashell Pink
Ground: Sienna Brown
I accented the glasses, nose, and slingshot strap using a white gel pen. I then fussy cut around the bunny and sentiment using my scissors. For the sentiment, I cut off the speech bubble portion and filled in the line using a black 03 Kingart Inkline pen.
I then began assembling my card. I glued the ground panel to the sky panel. I then used a Kat's Crafty Dabber to add some shading under my bunny before gluing him to the bottom right corner.
To help my sentiment stand out more, I inked around the edge with blue and die cut some clouds from vellum using the Kat Scrappiness He Is Risen die set. I glued these to the card in the upper left. I accented it with Kat Scrappiness Caribbean Blue Pearls.
To help my panel pop more, I used the crafty dabbers to darken the edges. For the ground, I used Walnut Stain Distress Ink and Salty Ocean Distress Ink was used for the sky.
My ground felt like it needed some more interest, so I used a white and gold gel pen to add some stippling detail under the eggs and bunny.
I glued my scene to a white A2 card base to finish the card.
That's it! I hope you enjoyed the card and are inspired to create.
Happy crafting!
Kelsey
