Kat Scrappiness Creepy Crawly and Spooky Happy Halloween

Hello!
I'm back again with a project using products from Kat Scrappiness.

I started by trimming a piece of Bee Inspired Watercolor Paper to 4" x 5.25" in size. I then spritzed the paper with Dylusions Ink Spray in Crushed Grape and Lindy's Starburst Sprays in Prima Donna Purple. I misted the paper with water using my mini mister to get the inks to blend and move around. I set the panel aside to dry while I worked on the rest of the card.
I die cut the spider web from the Kat Scrappiness Creepy Crawly die set from Sizzix Ivory Opulent Cardstock using my Sizzix Big Shot and magic mat. I then die cut the spiders from black cardstock. I cut the shadow from the Kat Scrappiness Spooky Happy Halloween dies from black and the words from white cardstock.
I glued the sentiment together and then used a white Posca paint pen to paint the spider silk so that it was white and would blend better with the web.
After my background panel was dry, I arranged all of my card elements on the panel and glued them flat with Art Glitter Glue. I then glued googly eyes to my spiders for a fun touch.
To finish the card, I adhered the panel to a black A2 card base. I intended to have it straight on the panel, but didn't realize that it had shifted. I like how it turned out though, so I didn't bother trying to straighten the panel. :)
That's it! I hope you enjoyed the card and are inspired to create.
Happy crafting!
Kelsey
