Growing in Unity Day 5

Hello!
I am back for my last day of my GIU week over in the Growing in Unity group on Facebook.
Here is today's card:

I started by die cutting a piece of white cardstock using the retired My Favorite Things Fanciful Frame STAX dies and my Sizzix Big Shot and magic mat.
I then used my MISTI and Altenew Obsidian Pigment Ink to stamp the image from the Unity Stamps February 2024 KOM Grace and More Grace onto the panel. I used an acrylic block to stamp the sentiment onto a scrap. The sentiment reads "The grace with which you handle this journey is nothing short of beautiful."
After the ink dried, I used my Crayola colored pencils to color the scene. I didn't do any shading with this one. I think detailed stamps like this are perfect to be able to do some simple coloring because the shading is already drawn into it for you.
Next, I trimmed a piece of white cardstock to 4" x 5.25" in size and embossed it using a retired Stampin' Up! Happy Heart embossing folder. I glued it to a white A2 card base using Art Glitter Glue and then positioned my colored panel toward the upper left of the card. I fussy cut around the sentiment and glued it to the bottom right and then accented the card with some gems from my stash.
That's it! I hope you enjoyed the card and are inspired to create.
I also encourage you to head over to the Growing in Unity group on Facebook and comment on each of my posts this week to be entered to win a $20 Unity Stamps gift card.
Happy crafting!
Kelsey
