Hello!
I am back for day 9 of my personal #christmasinjuly2025 cardmaking challenge. Today I used products from Newton's Nook Designs for my card.

I started by using the My Favorite Things Zig Zag Stitched Oval STAX dies (retired) and my Sizzix Big Shot and magic mat to cut out an oval. I then used my MISTI and the Newton's Nook Designs Dairy Christmas stamp set (retired) to stamp the fun farm animal image and sentiment. I used Altenew Obsidian Pigment Ink to stamp it.
After the ink dried, I colored the image using Prismacolor colored pencils. Specific colors:
Red: Crimson Lake, Crimson Red, and Carmine Red
Green: Dark Green, Apple Green, and Spring Green
Orange: Orange and Sunburst Yellow
White (hats): 20% Cool Grey, 10% Cool Grey, and White
White (cow): 20% Warm Grey, 10% Warm Grey, and White
Black: Black, 90% Cool Grey, and 70% Cool Grey
Peach: Nectar, Peach, and Light Peach
Brown: Dark Umber, Chocolate, and Light Umber
To finish the card, I adhered the oval panel to a red A2 card base using Art Glitter Glue.
That's it! I hope you enjoyed the card and are inspired to create.
Happy crafting,
Kelsey
