Hello!
I am back for day 18 of my personal #christmasinjuly2025 cardmaking challenge. Today I am using new products from Spellbinders.

I started by die cutting all of the pieces from the Spellbinders Polar Bear Pals die set from scraps of cardstock using my Sizzix Big Shot and magic mat. I added shading to the white pieces using a Kat Scrappiness Mini Blending Brush and Pumice Stone Distress Ink. I used a Kingart black inkline pen to add the nose to the small bear. I then glued the pieces together using Art Glitter Glue.
Next, I created the rest of the pieces for the card. I used my Tim Holtz Guillotine Trimmer and score board to create an A2 card base using Spellbinders Breeze cardstock. I then used the Miss Ink Stamps Candy Stripe stencil to add some stripes using a paper pouncer and Tumbled Glass Distress Ink.
I used the Spellbinders Scallop and Stitched Edge Ovals dies to make a white oval for my bears to sit on. I stamped the sentiment using an acrylic block and Altenew Obsidian Pigment Ink. The sentiment is from the retired My Favorite Things Toasty Greetings stamp set.
I centered the oval on the card base and glued the bears down flat.
That's it! I hope you enjoyed the card and are inspired to create. I also encourage you to check out the new Spellbinders release here.
I also want to invite you to join along with my cardmaking challenge! Like/follow my page on Facebook and post pictures of your Christmas cards with the hashtag #christmasinjuly2025 on the pinned post at the top of the page to be entered to win a crafty gift card!
