Hello!
I am back for day 17 of my personal #christmasinjuly2025 cardmaking challenge. Today I am using some new products from Spellbinders for my card.

I started by trimming a piece of Bee Inspired watercolor paper down to 5" x 3.75" using my Tim Holtz guillotine trimmer. I then used my MISTI and Altenew Obsidian Pigment Ink to stamp the cute Christmas scene from the Spellbinders House Mouse Unwrapping Memories stamp set. I also stamped the sentiment that reads "Happy Holidays!"
After the ink had time to dry, I used a number 2 round brush and Grabie watercolor paints to paint the fun scene. Specific colors:
Pine
Merigold
Red
Yale Blue
Dark Violet
Macaron Peach
Stone Gray
Umber
After the ink dried, I added some sparkle to the ornament and paint brush using a Clear Star Gelly Roll pen.
I created an A2 card base using Spellbinders Blue Spruce cardstock with my trimmer and score board and glued my painted panel down using Art Glitter Glue.
That's it for that card!
I also have a bonus card for you today! This card isn't a Christmas card, but was made using another House Mouse set from the new release.

I created a watercolor panel the same way that I did for the first card. This time, I stamped the image and sentiment from the Spellbinders House Mouse Trick or Treat! stamp set. The sentiment reads "Happy Halloween!"
After the ink dried, I also painted this card with Grabie watercolor paints. Specific colors:
Tangerine
Macaron Peach
Macaron Khaki
Ruby
Turkish Blue
Pear
Stone Gray
I used a Clear Star Gelly Roll pen on this card to add some shine to the handle of the bucket.
I then glued the panel to an orange A2 card base.
That's it! I hope you enjoyed the cards and are inspired to create. I also encourage you to check out the new Spellbinders release here.
I also want to invite you to join along with my #christmasinjuly2025 cardmaking challenge over on my Facebook page. There is a pinned post at the top of the page where you can post your Christmas cards along with the hashtag for a chance to win a crafty gift card. I hope to see you there!

Happy crafting!
