Hello!
I am back for day 12 of my August #birthdaycardbash challenge. I used products from Kat Scrappiness for my card today.

First, I created a background panel by die cutting a piece of pink cardstock with the Kat Scrappiness Stitched Fancy Scalloped Rectangle dies using my Sizzix Big Shot and magic mat. I then used an acrylic block and Picked Raspberry Distress Ink to stamp the strawberries from the Kat Scrappiness Berry Sweet stamp set to make my own patterned paper.
Next, I stamped the cluster of three strawberries onto white cardstock using an acrylic block and Honey Bee Stamps Intense Black Ink. I then colored them in using my Prismacolor colored pencils. Specific colors are below:
Seeds: Black
Leaves: Peacock Green, Grass Green, and True Green
Berries: Pomegranate, Magenta, and Process Red
I fussy cut around the berries using my scissors.
Next, I stamped out the "Happy Birthday" sentiment from the Kat Scrappiness Happy Day stamp set using Altenew Obsidian Pigment Ink. This is my favorite black ink for stamping sentiments. I get perfect results every time! I also fussy cut around the sentiment after the ink dried.
I glued everything flat to a white A2 card base using Art Glitter Glue.
That's it! I hope you enjoyed the card and are inspired to create.
I also want to invite you to join me in my #cardmakingchallenge over on my Facebook page. See the pinned post at the top of the page for details.

Happy crafting!
Kelsey
