Hello!
Today I am sharing this cute Valentine card that I made using digital stamps from Polka Dot Orchard.

I really wanted to use these cute ghosts, but it isn't anywhere near Halloween, so I had to come up with a way to stretch my stamps.
The background is from the All My Heart digital stamp (also available in red rubber!). I cut the panel down to 3.75" x 5" and inked the whole thing using a foam blending tool, my glass media mat, and Picked Raspberry Distress Ink. I then colored in the open hearts using my Process Red Prismacolor pencil. The solid black hearts were then overlaid with my Clear Star Gelly Roll pen.
I set the background aside and then started working on the ghosts. The ghosts and sentiment are from the You're My Boo digital stamp set. I fussy cut the ghosts and then using Milled Lavender Distress Ink and a foam blending tool to add some shading along the bottoms of the ghosts for some interest. I colored the cheeks and bows using my Prismacolor pencils. For the bows, I used Parma Violet, Lilac (retired and replaced with Amethyst), and Lavender (retired and replaced with Orchid). For the cheeks, I used Process Red, Hot Pink, and Pink.
I fussy cut around the sentiment that says "you're my boo" and then arranged my elements on the background panel and glued them down with Art Glitter Glue. I attached the whole panel to a white A2 card base.
That's it! I hope you enjoyed the card and have some ideas on how to stretch your seasonal stamp sets to get more use out of them.
Happy crafting!
Kelsey
